Capturing special moments, lights and atmospheres to convey the feeling of a place is a real accomplishment. This is the goal I strive to obtain in my photos. I enjoy travelling and during my journeys I have been able to bring back and continue to cherish moments long after my return through photos like these. The world has so many beautiful places to offer a traveller with a keen eye. For over ten years and each year my father produces a play and when I am not doing the sound and lighting I try to capture some of the moments of each play. Due to the lighting, theatre photos are often extremely difficult to succeed. The photos can be pretty dark; too much light destroys the theatre atmosphere. Now and again it’s a hit and frequently brings joy to the cast involved in the successful photos ! Articles
